NAME. Azula
SERIES. Avatar: the Last Airbender
CANON POINT. The Search, right after Azula finds out about her mom's "identity" but before she makes her grand entrance through the roof
BACKTAGGING. Yes, please. I live in a completely different timezone from most and I usually tag around while everyone's already asleep.
THREADJACKING. I don't really mind but a heads-up would be nice beforehand so we can figure out the posting order.

OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS. I don't easily get offended. Trust me. However if I offended you or crossed the line somewhere, please tell me about it via PM or on my HMD or here.
TRIGGERS. Hahaha, her mom. No, really. Azula has these psychotic episodes where she sees her mom everywhere and anywhere she goes (and everyone disappears in her line of sight), which in turn triggers her murderous intent.
HUGGING. Azula loves hugging!! If you want her to stab you in the back. Or you're a very, very, very good friend of hers. Which may no longer be relevant after Ty Lee and Mai's betrayal but yep.
KISSING. Go ... forth? Kissing may induce various reactions ranging from reciprocation to a lightning bolt headed towards your head.
FLIRTING. "That's a sharp outfit, Chan. Careful, you could puncture the hull of an empire-class Fire Nation battleship, leaving thousands to drown at sea. Because it's so sharp." Azula's probably improved by now but really. Really?
ROMANCE. See flirting. If you don't mind batshit, hilarilol romance, I'd say go for it!
INJURE/KILL. If it's plot-related and especially if it's death, maiming and/or would mean incapacitating Azula for a very long period of time, drop me a line. Otherwise it's free game. I would love for someone to put her down from her lofty pedestal once in a while.
TELEPATHY/MIND POWERS. AHAHAHA why would you want to deal with her crazy in her head? But sure, go for it! Just give me a heads up.
FIREBENDING. Azula is a prodigy in firebending, the controlling and conjuring of fire using one’s chi via hand forms and stances. Well known for her blue flames, a rarely seen color in terms of the fire firebenders conjure and seemingly more intense and more combustible than the norm, she uses and manipulates her fire in various ways and forms to suit her need in battle (i.e. using flames to jettison herself in mid-air, condensing her fire that it resembles the quality of a blow torch, fire pinwheels, etc). Even weaponless, her firebending alone can provide her offense and defense that can take down several enemies at once.
Azula is also one of the few people who can bend lightning, a sub-skill of firebending and considered an even rarer ability because of its requirement to have full control of one’s emotions. Lightning blasts, if not blocked or redirected, can prove fatal to anyone hit by it.
MARTIAL ARTS. Azula is a skilled hand-to-hand fighter as shown in different occasions in the series. Having picked up acrobatics and knife-handling techniques from Ty Lee and Mai respectively, Azula is able to perform stunts and attacks too quick for anyone to respond to. She’s agile and athletic, able to run up walls, dodge attacks and defend herself at the same time and disarm people even without the use of firebending. In fact, she was able to hold down the fort against Aang and the others and stall for time during the day of the eclipse, which is when her firebending is completely out.
INTELLIGENCE. Azula is an extremely intelligent and highly cunning young woman. She’s sharp-witted and clever, able to find a weak spot and use it to her advantage in any fight, battle or situation. She displays a Machiavellian personality, using any and whatever at her disposal to gain an upper hand, to the point that she can lie with a straight face. Blackmail, spying and covert missions to topple a kingdom are only a few of the skills in her arsenal that she’s more than willing to use. She’s also very adaptable, quick to learn the fighting styles and strategies of her enemies.
